Ordering-Payment

One-half payment is required to start job, second half is due upon completion. 

Orders can be made by purchase orders faxed or mailed. 

Other terms are available, please inquire.

Shipping will be by common carrier or best way possible. Drop shipment is possible at regular shipping charges.

Hand made tiles are as is. Discrepancies between samples and finished pieces will occur. Variation in color and finish are to be expected in hand made tile. 

Returns are at the discretion of the manufacturer and installation is acceptance of the product. No refund above distributers price will be made. Please refer to North Prairie Tileworks limited warranty policy for more information.

Our tiles are made with the intention that there be variation in color and shape from piece to piece. When properly installed, the natural beauty of this tile is enhanced by this variation. 

All tile is sold subject to this variation in color and shape. Any claims of this nature must be made prior to the start of installation, and must be within (10) ten business days of receipt of the product. Under no circumstance will North Prairie Tileworks Inc. assume financial responsibility beyond the distributors cost of the tile. No guarantee is made against crazing or breakage in normal use. No warranties or representations other than those set forth on this statement, whether express or implied in law, are made. The sole responsibility of North Prairie Tileworks Inc. is set forth herein. All sales are made in accordance with North Prairie Tileworks Inc. "Limited Warranty Policy" 

IMPORTANT: IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT DURING INSTALLATION THAT TILES ARE PULLED FROM ALL BOXES TO GET AN EVEN BLENDING OF COLOR VARIATION.
